Mr.Sombat Jiwariyavej, Managing Director, Debt Capital Market of Maybank Kim Eng (Thailand) together with the debenture underwriter securities companies, financial advisors and debenture registrar participated in the signing ceremony to appoint the debenture underwriters of Northeast Rubber Public Company Limited or NER No.2/21, 2 tranches, worth not more than Baht 1,500million and reserve debentures to offer for sale no more than Baht 500 million, totaling Baht 2 billion, consisting of 4 years and 5 years debentures respectively.  The debentures will be offered for sale during 1-3 November 2021 and will pay interest of up to 6% per annum to institutional investors and/or high net worth investors by using as working capital fund for business operations of the company.
