Maybank Kim Eng Thailand led by Dr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, Chairman, Mr. Arapat Sangkharat, Deputy Chief Executive and the Board of Director members arranged an Annual General  Meeting 2021 of shareholders  via electronic method (E-AGM) on 08 April 2021 at the Head Office, the Offices at Central World, to announce the interim dividend payment for the year 2020 performance to shareholders at the rate of 0.10 baht per share and an additional dividend payment of 0.50 baht per share, totaling a full year dividend payment of 0.60 baht per share or 71% of net profit and summarizes the overall performance in 2020 with 17% increase in revenue and double profit compared to 2019.
